Gutted, absolutely and truly gutted. There are no other words to describe the feeling I have right now. I thought we had it, I thought this game was ours and I'm fairly certain the rest of New South Wales felt the exact same way.
I am only one fan, if I feel this way the NSW boys must feel awful. Credit to them as they played their little hearts out and put on a fantastic game for us all to watch. We all cheered them on but QLD just proved to be one point better - or better at kicking a field goal - than us.
Perhaps 2013 will prove to be our year.
